Kim qualified as a chartered accountant at Price Waterhouse in 1994 and now has over 20 years of experience providing advisory work in a wide range of industries and commercial functions, including banking and venture capital, corporate finance, audit, forensic accounting, risk management, management consultancy and compliance. 
 
She worked for 15 years in leveraged finance and private equity in various international banks and a private equity house, working on the underwriting and portfolio monitoring of mid-market deals, heading investor Reporting and Relations, and leading an Analytics, Policy & Strategy team.  She has also advised management teams in MBO’s, at British Rail, and facilitated workshops for the Dutch government. Recently she led a School through the process of GDPR compliance, developing a risk assessment and implementing process and efficiency improvements.
